If we like your recording we’ll invite you to try out for the team on a trial basis. You’ll start earning bonuses right away and if you make the cut you’ll even earn a $100 signing bonus after 30 days!
Week 1: Start working with real leads and set only 5 appointments during your first week. Your main goal this week to is to learn the objections and to sound confident and natural
Week 2: Now that you sound confident and natural, you’ll be expected to set at least 10 appointments this week and collect at least 2 utility bills
Week 3: Now you should almost be feeling really confident so you should be setting at least 3 appointments per day, for a total of 15 appointments this week
Week 4+: Now you’re a Pro! To keep your position on the team and earn your signing bonus, you’re expected to be setting at least 4 appointment per day (20/week). Don’t be intimidated because our seasoned agents are averaging 6 appointments per day.
