This is surprisingly affordable for the vast majority of cases. If you have 50+ agents, then it could be a bit of an investment. But any reasonable size solar call center build-out is much less than you think.

The proposed FCC rule requiring 1:1 consent has been postponed to January 2026 is extremely unlikely to pass. But more importantly there’s no need to worry because even if it does pass, it will only be banning auto-dialers that are capable of ROSNG (Random or Sequential Number Generation).
This does not include typical predictive dialers that most call centers use to dial aged solar leads or to cold call, as we commonly do not use a random or sequential number generator, we are purchasing lead lists (see article).
