Solar Permitting

Regardless of city or state, you will need your local jurisdiction to approve a solar installation on your home or business to ensure your project adheres to all relevant codes and is done with precision and safety top of mind. The permission to go solar comes in the form of a Solar PV and/or an electrical permit, and you can expect it to take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to get the appropriate permits. This is consistently the longest part of the entire process in going solar, and in some cases it happens much more quickly.

When you are ready to go solar with SOLAR WISE, your energy consultant will work with the necessary parties in your jurisdiction to handle every aspect of the permitting process for you at no cost.
